Tree sapling problem

Postby karmov » Thu May 06, 2010 11:50 pm

So I think I made a mistake growing trees. I cut down a big tree and I found a tiny sapling underneath. I probably planted it by mistake. Problem is that it's in stage 1 and seems to be stunted. I tried to use the chop command and my guy walks to it but does nothing (I'm chopping bigger trees just fine). I've tried ploughing it with no success. How do I get rid of this thing?

This issue should be fixed by removing the stunted feature, so let trees either try again some times (good plan) or die instantly (bad plan).

But both plans would be better than the paint into corner solution as-is.

I started a construction timber area near me recently, and this occurred with me as well. I originally had planted a few trees the day before, before I came up with a better plan for it. They gave a chop option but were unable to be chopped down, even with an axe equipped, until they had reached the next stage.

They ought to remove the chop option or replace it with a "remove" option which just removes it.
