I made a road...but the wrong way

I made a path, but it goes in the wrong direction. But I can't destroy any of the path! How do I destroy the path? And when I follow the path it leades me back the way I came...is there a way to "end" the path?

I think he means 'path' not pavement because he said 'path'. I'm just guessing and not that I really have anything helpful beyond tha tto add because I haven't even seen or used paths =-d

Yes,I mean the kind of path that you "follow" with no clicking needed.

Like hell I am gona use "destroy" on my milestone. I tried useing it on the little milestones but after half anhour nothing happens.

With moderately high str and a decent pickaxe you can destroy milestones. If you're having trouble, put on a bear cloak and talisman for that extra str boost.
However, roads can be followed both ways, you just have to click on the second-to-last stone to go in reverse.

Just make another stone quite close to the "last" one. I like to put it on the opposite side of the road. Looks nice and the trail will put the traveller between the two of them for the sake of aesthetics. Then, to travel the other direction, you just need to right click the second to last one. You can follow a road in either direction.
