Cheese Quality

Is there a skill or attribute that helps with the quality of cheese you make or it is solely based on the ingredients quality?

Curd is average between milk and rennet Q as i understood by my own experience, then it will rise to tray Q each time it reaches a new level (only if tray Q > curd Q, otherwise it will decrease).

Each time the cheese change stage, the new cheese quality is the average of the old cheese/curd quality and the cheese tray.

So the quality won't degrade in any way?

The quality will degrade if the tray is lower quality but will increase if the tray is higher, as expected by average.

Curd is milk and rennet AND tub q, not just milk and rennet. You need cooking for rennet and carpentry for tub/trays.
