ran away and dekinned me.
Can they still read the village chat, if theyre in the village?
Can i exile them somehow?

If you are lawspeaker in the village authority menu there is a button "exile".

However they have to be on line for you to use it and it works best if you can click on the person. You should be able to find them on your kin list, not as kin but as someone you recognize and exile them through that. I am not sure it is possible. This may be one of the village maintenance issues that did not get fixed.

They may have "left the village" and you don't know it. Ideally you can watch the authority and figure out who is producing it. If village authority only goes up when you or other known members of the village earn lp you can probably assume they have either left the village or are inactive. But if they are still a member of the village they can definitely still listen to you through village chat. You may wish to put all legitimate village members in a party and do your chatting that way.

Does revoke the privilege get rid of them? I know I did it and my authority dropped as much as if a person had left the village. First time I had ever done it, so assumed it removed the person as a citizen as well? or just their claimm and they remain a citizen? Not sure.

I think that's just declaiming. It won't exile the person if I remember correctly.
