I am wondering how I get the Claim land skill thing, what do I hafto upgrade for it? Since I would like to start settling down seeing as I live in the wild moving from place to place only having a small bed and shelter for now.

I checked skills I could buy, but I couldnt find the Yeomatry or what its called.
Is there any special skills I hafto get before unlocking it to purchase?

Farmin and the will to power.
Farming needs plant lore wich can be gotten from foraging.
