Silkmoth

Hello. I have small problem...

I catched 2 silkmoths (male and female). Of course it was luck ;p But i got them. And now... i could start a silk farm but... well... I'm pretty new in game and I dont even have a herbalist table, coz I dont have enough plant fibres (have one flax seed, but it will take time before my table will be ready). So... when my silkmoths will turn into eggs - can I store this eggs? Or they will... dunno. Die?

Put them into a container which has 10 free spaces, then wait and you'll get eggs.

Egg form is the only indefinite stage of silkmoths; worms will die if unfed, cocoons will change into moths, and moths will, again, mate and die.
