Awesome Hair!

Is there any known way of getting awesome hair like Jorb and Loftar usually wear? I mean the long and black hair as in the latest picture in the screenshots section.
I believe I've seen other players on the forums posting pics of themselves in game with that hair. I'll find Jorb's palisade in game if I have to to get that hair (Jorb permitting, of course). Permission granted, o mighty god of hair? *puppy eyes*
