What skill levels do you need to kill Foxes, Boars, and Bears respectively without hiding behind a wall of of unfinished campires or a boat xD.

I kill foxes in 2 shots with a low q (39) sling, mostly just not taking the first hit (unarmored), on my 56 mm account.
Other then that,.. MM is meant to be used from behind walls ;)

Oh.. What raises damage? Marksman skill or quality of sling? And what does perception do?

QL of the sling generally raises damage + Dex or something

Marksmanship just makes the bar fill up faster

What are you talking about? With modest (~40s) quality leather armor and the padded shirt thing, you can easily reduce the damage any non-bear (maybe bears, too) does to a tiny fraction of your SHP and the armor itself will take either no or barely any damage.

As a guesstimate, I'd say you can take on non-Mordor beasties fairly easily in the 50 range. The main limiting factor is how quickly they attack - if it takes longer to aim than it does for them to build up the attack bar, you're screwed. Given how they'll be the only ones affecting combat advantage, this usually means you want it to be over in a couple of hits tops.

From what I understand maximum damage is affected by the lower of the tool and your skill. Perception increases the minimum damage done.

i believe with slings, the dmg is determined by the sling Q only, the aiming speed by the lesser of sling Q and MM, and the minimum dmg by your perception.

What is this "mordor" thing i keep seeing? Is it just a way to say "there where no village is", or is there anything behind it?

"When you fire, and hit, damage will be calculated as follows. The damage of the weapon and the damage of the projectile are added to form the maximum damage in a range, within which a random damage is chosen. The minimum damage is calculated from your own perception, the target's agility and the maximum damage as (0.5 * (PERC / AGIL) * MAX-DAMAGE). Watch it, foxes have high agility. "

hmm I would recommend getting MM up until u can still build up the bar even when aiming on a moving target ;) what do you guys think about this? Or is it even possible to make the bar build up fast even when another player/animal is running around? i have 90 MM and it goes up very very slowly when i'm trying to atk a moving target, stationary targets that don't move get shot down pretty fast. What are yalls opinions on this? I'm trying to go for a pure MM hunter that can 1 shot players even when they are running. XD is that even possible?? Also how would a MM hold up to another unarmed/melee player? Am i wasting my time putting all my points in perc and MM when i should be doing the traditional unarm/melee for fighting and killing? i need opinions! Good or bad! :D
