What does the two bar represent? :?: And if i want cow to have offsprings they just need to be with a bull in the same place?

The two bars represent thier hunger and permant health. Keep the hunger bar full (or at least not empty) and try to never take any premanate hits to the perma-health bar as that forever lowers the quality of the animal.

To get babies you must place a male and female in the same pen so they can get to each other. Be aware that a pregnant animal takes a huge amount of food comsumption which is why it is best to only keep males and females together when you intentionally want a baby and have the time to keep the food trough filled some during pregnancy.
