Blood Stern - How rare is it?

Hey,

So I decided to try and get some blood stern for an awesome bandit mask.. After extensive exploration (level 10, lul) I came to the conclusion that i was too low level in exploration.

So i did some searches, and apparently it requires quite a high exploration skill to see them - but how high is "high"?

20-30? 40-50? 100-200?!

try 30 exploration and 30 perception, then you should start to find some here and there, theyll still be rare though.

I didn't really start noticing it until about exp x per = 1400ish. I might have been able to see it before then but it must have been pretty low chance, because I never did.

I was at least 40 per 40 exp before I found my first one. I wasn't really looking for them though.
