1) What happens with my claim when my poor character dies?

2) How interact village and personal claim? Can I have personal claim in village?

When your character dies your claim stays there and his new character (inheritor) inherits his ancestor's (old characters) claim.


Yes you can have a personal claim within a village (I believe you need to be a village member to set one up inside an existing village).

If you're stake claim is withina village claim the only 'interaction' there really is betweent he two is that the Lawspeaker of the village claim may Revoke personal stake claims within village authority.
