Yet another marksman thread, Due to my english being not so good, i got a question i have a Q32 sling once i have 64 marksmanship i will stop getting bonus and will need higher Q right?

There is a limit imposed. Either MM or sling qualityx2. Whichever is lower will limit the max speed. Same with anything, being a master won't help you if the tools are inadequate for the job. I can't make beautiful apple pie out of half rotten, weevil eaten flour. I might make a better one than someone else but there will still be a limit somewhere. The sling Q x2 is just an arbitrary limit that represents this. You will be seeing similar stuff alot in this game.
