Figure out where I am on the map?

I need to know where I am on the world map so I can know where to head to go to the edges of the map and find a mine, and I also need to get to Constantinople and get some metal (if I can't find a mine).

This has been asked many times and, unfortunately, the only way to find out is by asking someone that you find in-game. Just start exploring. If you find a town that the forum is familiar with, then we might be able to help you.

Our village is near another named Mirniy. Anybody know where Mirniy is on the map?

sorry if this is a thread hijack but curious about it as well. near a russian village named NothingHill. it has a crossroads to nople but i can't use it.

try to get you travelweariness to the bottom by either drinking alkohol or sleeping in (highq) beds for some time (was it 8 hours?)
you also need some higher agility to port great distances
