Time Until WWW turns to seed?

I bought a WWW from a person, and I put it on my drying rack at around 11PM Sunday. Right now its 3PM Monday, and the wiki says it takes 16 hours on a drying rack, but at 3, it should of been done, I think the wiki is wrong, whats the real time for it to turn into a seed?

Time 'freezes' typically during a crash, so if it crashed last night (It did, at least twice ; I went to sleep on the second one, might have been more) that would throw off the time.
