ok i found a mountin and i dont know wat % i would have to find a mine here i whent to the middal and nothing :C

Prospecting covers 1000*1000 tiles. So if the report said "no minerals", then there's no mine (or no free, unexploited mine) to be found in the middal of your mountin. While mines can pretty much only be found in caves, mudland and mountains, that doesn't mean that each cave, mudland or mountain has a mine.
