How do I make a Dreamcatcher?

Perhaps Im missing something simple here, but I cannot figure out how to make a dreamcatcher. People mention branches and yarn, which I have, but I don't know what skill allows me to create the dreamcatcher.

I'm not absolutely certain, but I believe the relevant skill is Hearth Magic. It deals with most of the beautiful dream related stuff, at least, as far as I know.

farming? I know you need that to harvest them at least.

You need Hearth Magic, and, no, farming is not a prereq for harvesting dreams. :)
