FEP question

If I have FEP's for multiple attributes at one time in my bar (such as 5.7 charisma, 2.4 psyche and 1.0 dex), when my bar fills all the way up, which attribute levels up?

It's random, and the chance is proportionate to the ratios. Ie, if you need 20 FEPs to gain a stat, and you get 15 str and 5 dex in your FEP bar, there's a 75% chance of getting str and 25% chance of getting dex.
