Is there any way to quickly regain stamina?

I'm on a relatively new character and I'm plowing an area to build a cabin, but my stamina is low, so is there any way to quickly regain it?
The highway currently goes nowhere.
Well, where is it supposed to go to? Irongrad? thats an hour away!

one way is have a piece of leather and craft it into a waterflask. or grab like 2 birtch barks and make a kuska. or build a chair and sit in it.

Well, I'm in a fir forest, so there are no birch trees.
The highway currently goes nowhere.
