I searched wiki, searched forum... but nothing. Maybe I'm blind... anyway:

Could someone describe me how party system works? Party members can walk and use each other claim? They have any specific rights etc?

full rights on someones claim if you are in a party with them, use a alt to claim your land so partying wont let people do stuff, no need to get the 4k skill either, start it with your main and have your alt actually build the claim

I do believe being partied with someone gives you full right to their claim and village. If somebody else owns a claim which a party member has full rights to, however, you will still keep your default rights (e.g. none).
