Linen Cloth Questions

Alright, so I have a pretty large hemp field that I farm for LP, and I turn my extra fibres into cloth for more LP, but I have a few questions.
1. Do you get more LP for making the cloth if it is higher quality?
2. What product can I make purely out of linen cloth that yields the best LP?

Oh, and this is off topic, but I heard a rumor that tree stumps grow back into trees after about a week, so I left my tree stumps there, but they haven't grown back. Is there actually a reason to leave them there or have I been fooled?

The tree stumps thing is false, though it's something that's been suggested.

For your questions, I'm not sure, but I think quality generally improves LP when crafting.

As for the other, the Wiki lists everything that uses it. I'd assume the napkin would be your best bet, but I don't know that.

You also might be able to pawn the linen if you can find someone looking to expand their village authority, though I doubt you're concerned about that.

Linen Napkins are great LP. Especially if the quality is high.
