Obtain hemp seeds?

So I started playing this game with some friends and we really want to grow a hemp field but we are lost on how to actually get seeds for anything.

Find wild windosn weeds, rais your exploration to about 15 collect them and dry them in a drying frame or in a herbalist table

Well he would dry them in a drying rack since herb tables needs fibre from hemp/flax crop.
If you keep focusing on the shadow behind, you will not see the light in front of you.

Alright thanks, they just automatically dry into hemp seeds after a certain time I assume?

They dry into a random seed. With any luck and a half dozen or so WWW, you should get a hemp seed.
