Delayed email?

So my girlfriend and I wanted to get back into H&H, after having been absent for some time, due to lack of internets (oh gawd... it was hard)

Problem is she' can't remember her password. So she did the little "recover password" deal and got the message that an email had been sent, however none appeared in her inbox. We figured it might take a bit so we just waited for a while, still nothing. Then I tried it, to see what would happen, and got the email instantly, so it seems unlikely that we just didn't wait long enough. Now when she tries to get it to send another email, it tells her she just did that and shouldn't spam them with password requests. Any ideas?

nope, she's still got the "Welcome to H&H" email in her inbox for some reason. So it's definitely the right email.
