Massive surplus of crops.

Title basically says it all.

I have a massive surplus of crops, so basically I just let them sit and maybe take a few when the chickens need feeding or such.

What is the best course of action in order to dispense of all this un-needed stuff.

Here's some numbers (Quality shouldn't be too important):
60+ Grids of Wheat
8+ Grids of pumpkins
30+ Grids of Flax
15+ Grids of Carrots.
30+ Grids of Grapes
10+ Grids of tobacco.
Not to mention close to 50 seeds of the above I don't use or need.

Edit: I should also mention none of my seeds are of trade-worthy quality.

My stats are damn weak, and I don't think I'm confident enough to catch one solo. I might give it a try though.

You can also try moving your Nature/Industry belief towards Industry so you stop getting 2 seeds per crop (and sometimes don't get any) while still getting the exp. Picking them before they are on the last stage also works (shields only one seeds instead of the usual two). Although a more viable way would be what magius suggested.

What i try doing is paving a 6x6 grid and refining the seeds to a certain q lvl

example if i harvested a carrot and i got 2 q18 and one q21 i would only plant the 21, as i go by the means to only plant 20+

and i just eat the rest of the carrots or if its any other seed, just plant grass

Keep your eyes peeled because I will soon be posting a tutorial on how to Q sort with seed bags in a way that quickly manages a larger plot in less time than any other method. It will apply to poppies, hemp and mostly wheat.using that in conjuction with pumpkins you can produce shittons of pumpkin pies for yourself which are some of the best mass-production food.
