Can't connect in hospital. pls Help!

I am currently at the hospitial. so i'm on a wireless public network. and when i try to connect to the game i get the errorr


connection refused: connect.


is this because i'm on a public wifi?
anybody who plays this game in a public area could u tell me how u connect?
i'm on a HP laptop with windows vista. tried the online connect and the pacho's online connect, i'm now gonna try to download and see if that'll help.

your in the hospital? and your trying to play H&H? but you can't connect with either client?
you do realize this looks like you are in the hospital from over-gaming related seizures and/or joint damage. and it looks like they are blocking your access to H&H so that you can heal. So it looks like your the victim of a honestly helpfull conspiracy...the worst kind of conspiracy!

This really depends on what country you live in and the frequent intensity of public wifi over there but it's most probably a quality problem; it's public for a reason. Plus there might be tons of people trying to connect/connected at the same time and the bandwidth just doesn't allow any more.
