Manetheren?

Has anybody else come across this settlement? I can't find any information about it via search on this forum *or* on google. I'm trying to lay out landmarks so I and my buddies can find each other and form a village - as newbish as that sounds!

Come again? Is that using the Hearth secret, thing? At the start up? Please, tell more.

Set a hearth secret via your kinlist and tell it to your friends. They should start a new character and talk to the Sherlock Holmes dude in the character creation room and enter the hearth secret you gave them. A stairway will appear, and if they take it instead of the ladder they'll spawn next to your hearth fire.

Ah excellent. I've persuaded four friends to come and give me a hand with cosntruction and such in just one day, hooray. This game is far more fun when you see others working with you towards a common goal.

Yeah, Manetheren was a country from Wheel of Time that was destroyed a long time before the story begins. It was, according to the books, a reknowned stronghold. However, the Manetheren in Haven and Hearth is just a big palisade that nobody ever seems to enter or leave. I've been trying to get in touch with the Manetherenites, it's like trying to start up a conversation with a wall. Because I am talking to a wall. Because I never see anyone in there!
