According to the wiki, I need an exploration of 8 to find WWWs.
I currently have an exploration of 12, and have not found a single one.
Where should I be looking for them? Or do I need more exploration?

I started finding some at level 8 too. I saw 4 of them in the Forest Areas. Might be a good idea to look around there.
