I guess i will need a ram, since the srt-damage-system was changed.

in my case its just a log cabin.
does someone know how much damge soak houses have?

I think 15-20 strength with a pickaxe should be enough. Is it decayed?

no, it was that way.
but it isnt now. now you do damage = sqrt(srt) (+3 for pickaxe)
if that is bigger than the soak of the house you do damage.
