Will to Power

So I'm new (duh) and I bought The Will to Power. Nothing happened. The wiki says it "gives the player basic maneuvers/attacks, such as Punch," but I didn't get any sort of new maneuvers. Is this a bug, or is the way this works different than what I am thinking?

If this is what the wiki says, the wiki is wrong.

Will to Power opens for you new skills that you may buy from the skill list. From this you get the criminal skills, and you should find now also the ability to get unarmed combat and a melee skill - I think it may be militia training.

Also, do you now have marksman ability? I know you do not need archery to get this. It is not needed to use a sling. I think it comes with Will to Power. In crafting>tools you may find now the ability to make a sling so that you may hunt animals bigger than the chicken and the rabbit.

Will of Power -> Unarmed Combat. But the last and you'll get the punchy-move.

Ok, thanks. That is what the wiki says, so I guess someone can change that if they want.
