Someone tell me how to get silk!

Ok i just got the Sericulture skill and i was wondering how do i get the silk?
Also, how do i get raw glass for glassmaking?

first you catch a male and female moth, then put them together in a container/your inventory and wait for them to mate
...then they make eggs.
You put the eggs on a herbalists table to make em hatch into worms
when they're worms you have to feed em 4 leafs each by leaving leafs in a container/inventory with em... they eat like once every 12ingame hours or something...
Once they finish eating they turn into caccoons. then you can harvest the caccoon for silk, or you can let it transform into more moths.
then you have to weave the silk into threads ect ect...


as for glass.. you need to click the "dig for clay" button on SAND from a beach [they only exist around the giant lake to the east..
then you throw the sand in a kiln and light it.
it turns into raw glass.

ok man i walked almost the whole lake! i dont see any beaches! I walked east from the ring of Brodger till i got to this big marsh/swamp place.Then i found the lake and i walked for almost an hour and i couldnt fond any beaches! Can u please b a little more specific?

Beaches are on the east side of the massive lake.

look on a map.. say http://www.havenandhearth.com/portal/gfx/test-map.png that one and look at the big lakes east side..
Look real close[zoomed in] and see a white shading around some of the lake. thats the beach
