A few questions

Hey. I've been traveling for awhile and finally found a spot to settle in a pine forest and I need a few questions answered.

1. I planned to use fishing as my main source of food, however, there are no fish anywhere nearby. After researching, I found out that fish are a limited resource. Does this mean that they will not ever respawn, and my waters are permanently depleted?

2. Do chickens respawn as wildlife? I found a grassland up the river where I luckily found chickens, but I slaughtered most of them for food. If I go back tomorrow, will they be there again?

3. Are certain plants restricted to grow in certain places? I came by some grapes at an abandoned farm and took some seeds. After plowing my fields, picking up the seeds and trying to click the ground to plant them, nothing happened. If not, what am I doing wrong? I have farming and the seed qualities are 1-4.

4. Can other people enter my house even if the land is unclaimed?

-1. fishing areas are pretty much only areas where fish are jumping, im not sure but i believe they are only in certain locations. at least for the last month i have seen no new fishing spots and only the same old ones.
-2. yes chickens respawn, maybe not the next day, maybe the same day.

-3. the reason you cant plant grapes is you need the winemaking skill.

-.4 if the land is unclaimed, anyone can take anything, its shouting take me. rule 1: if you want it safe(er) : claim and palisade.
