Like in topic- how can I regain my village claim (lawspeaker) after dead?

In case you have a chieftain: let him invite you to the village, then you can right-click the idol and become lawspeaker.
In case you don't have a chieftain, but other villagers: let one of them become lawspeaker, invite you and then step back (right-click idol, 'renounce lawspeaker')
In case there are no villagers left in the village: wait for the village to run out of authority, then anyone can with the skill can become lawspeaker.
