"you cannot build that there" wont let me build the gate.

So i am fencing my property to keep the boars out. ive made 3 gates always and ive done it all the same way, coming to the last one its tells me "you cannot build that there" so i am a little confused? its paved and all?

There are only two ways to replace paved terrain:
Plant Grass (This works 100% of the time, requires 1 of any random 'seed' in your inventory)

Plant a tree (Trees change the terrain around them to their native type, so planting it nearby you'd have a chance of it reverting that tile back to forest)
