Possible To Turn Off/Down Music?

I've been listening to an audiobook while I play, and I'm just wondering if there's a way to turn down the volume of the fishing and house music (hopefully all the music at once..) The volume slider in the Audio page only seems to affect the SFX, not the music itself.

Theres a sound option in game. Press CTRL-O, then turn down the sound.

Or if you are on windows 7/Vista just lower the volume of the application in the system tray volume settings

Yes, I mentioned that moving the sound slider up and down in the options didn't affect the music sounds ingame. And I'm using WinXP.

Type this with the game window focused to disable music:

:bgm off

To turn off misc sounds:

:sfx off

There is a music enabling/disabling switch in there as well.

Maybe Pacho hasn't merged that to his client though, in case that's what you're using.

No, I'm using the basic client, but the music enable/disable button doesn't work, and neither does :bgm off from what I can tell.
