Hearth Fire

I just made another Hearth Fire, how do I make it so I can travel there aswell? (I Got two hearth fires now.)

Teleporting is possible through village crossroads.

1) build a village at the spot you wish to port to
2) build a crossroads
3) repeat steps 1 and 2 at the other spot you wish to port to
4) take a sign from one crossroads, put it on the other crossroads, then vise versa.
5) stockpile wine and beer
