Unpaving?

I'm remodeling a bit and I need to remove some stone flooring. Wat do?

You'll need to plant grass over those tiles with seeds. Not the perfect solution, I know. You could try plowing the grass afterwards, then it has a chance of turning back into its original type after a long time.

it changes back to grass, always.

It turns to the surrounding terrain,I plowed some forest to grind LP and it's back to forest already.

Because forest was under it.

If you had planted grass and then plowed, it'd revert to grass.

Certain forest trees (surprisingly not the most common, fir) will randomly turn nearby tiles into forest terrain. I haven't tested the exact mechanics, though.
