How do I allow someone togo on my claimed land?

Kin him, and set his colour to something other than default. Then right click your claim pole and add permissions to that colour via checkboxes - trespassing lets people who are that colour on your kin list walk on your claim and interact with objects, theft lets them take things, vandalism lets them destroy and build stuff, harvest fields and slaughter animals.

You can add permissions to the default colour, of course, but it's not a good practice.
