How do I get seeds?

How do I get seeds? I don't know where to get em... And on the wiki it says I have to get it from hemp plants and stuff, but how can I get it from hemp plants if I don't have hemp seeds...

its not hemp plants, its wild plants (see above) you are able to pick up with some exploration skills (~10)

not entirely accurate. a minimum of 75 per*exploration is needed to see them. 150 per*exploration will see 50% of them. 300 per*exploration will see 100% of them.

since you start with 10 perception, 8 exploration will let you see a few.

I have 110 per*exploration, and I stilll hardly see them. Most of what I see is blueberries, spindly taproot, nettles, and BOARS EVERYWHERE.

I'd recommend getting a lot higher than the minimum unless you want to spend the next 30 minutes walking around the forest.
