yes, takes at least the skill rage though you'll be weaker then ants with just that. also you need murder to hit people that are dazed but not dead yet.

leeches or gauze, leeches are found in swamps, attaching to your equipment slots at random if the slot is free. gauze is gotten from wool, get a clover, feed it to a sheep(wild ones work as well) shear the sheep by right clicking it afterwards, then use the wiki to figure out how to get gauze from the wool.

Expanding on Rage, you need 30,000 LP to get, let alone the countless amounts of LP you'll have to get raising unarmed or melee to a decent level, and the time you'll spend getting weapons and armor to last longer than 2 seconds in combat.

And leeches are much easier to get and use. Keep them all on you and wait until they're bloated. Then put them in a container and wait for them to get thing again, and equip them again.

Restoring HHP is slow and tedious, but it's better safe than sorry.

Do remember that leeches take away SHP in order to restore your HHP. You CAN die by wearing leeches if you are not careful.

you can die because if they knock out all your shp and are still draining they will drain your hhp(the very thing you are trying to restore with them)
