couldnt think of i title, what i want to know is is i pick a tree dry of its berries and branches without doing anything else, will they grow back? and when? im more concerned about the berries then anything, thanks for any help guys

Eventually they will come back, but it is random, so don't depend on it.

i dont know if youll know, but are we talking realtime days weeks what? and would i have to be logged on for time to pass that way

thats the thing with randomness, i had one regrow after 2hours, another took almost 2 weeks and a 3rd i maimed with a axe after over a month of nothingness, chances are it would outlast me before spawning anything again.

Don't depend on fruit-bearing trees for food. If it's really necessary, you'll have to walk a long ways to find more trees.
