Java Web Start Stuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

I have tried all that I can think of... with my limited mind capacity, I can not solve what keeps holding up my java web start
is it that i picked a heavy flow day and the server is holding me up
cause i receive no error message
it is stuck on verifying application

maybe i need to wait a couple days
i found threads about the same problem im having
but they were dead ends

It does take awhile to DL, but eventually it'll start. I just left it on overnight, next morning it was finished.
