click a color, and select whatever options you want, now everyone in your kin list with that color DOES HAVE permission to do that, if you dont check any of the options on any color nobody will be able to do anything without leaving a scent unless you are in a party with them(people in a party with you have full permission on your claim as long as they are in a party with you)

yep.

well people without trespassing can still come on your land anyway but they'll leave scents and be unable to look in any containers or move inside a house

It's never safe, if someone wants to, he can still steal it. But he will leave behind a scent, that will allow anyone with appropriate skill, to track him.

you dont, claims make it so people have to spend about 100k lp to be able to do stuff in a claim and they leave scents, some of which mean that others can summon their offline ass and kill them for it, assuming you can find and reach the fire.

If you completely enclose your property with a palisade or brick wall, that's a pretty much safe bet of keeping thieves out since they won't bother building a battering ram to knock down your walls. But if you don't have any walls, there's really nothing stopping them, but owning property will stop the average joe from looting your stuff.
