Some questions about death and personal belifs

Hi everyone,
i'm recently dead someone was so kind to follow and stab me, but that's not the question, the reason is that after i created another player and chose the inherit option from the rune stone and than, when i spawned at the village i saw in my char stats that my learning ability was only 115% (before death was about 350%) although in my personal belifs i have maxed narture and pacefull.
Any thoughts about this issue and there is some solution at it??

Edit: Sorry, kinda read the question wrong.

Make sure your sliders are at full Change and Peaceful for the 360% boost. Nature doesn't affect it.

how do you change the sliders

You can only move them once every couple of hours.
