How to load goods on my cart?

Lift up the thing you wish to load (Adventure --> Lift, left click object) then right click the cart to bring up a choice of 4 slots to load into. Then left click the slot you wish to load the object into.

you cant load stuff that fits in your inventory in a cart, only stuff you have to lift above your head(not boats), to put inventory stuff in it you need to put them in a container first and load the container in.
