If I had 1q carrots and my farming level was 11 does that mean that if I planted them the harvested crops would be higher quality?

it means they would be between 5points higher and 5points lower then the seed you start with, so with 1 its 6/11 chance to remain 1 and 5/11 chance ot be somewhere between 2-6.

11farming means that its softcapped there so any point above q11 would make it the average of your farming and whatever q the seed would become. if your farming is higher then the seed, farming doesnt do anything.
