1. I have Fishing an Carpentry, but i can't build an boat building?

2. I ran out of food and i can't find rats and rabbits, i can't hunt because i always die if i try and i can't fish because there is no fishing place around here. What could i possibly do?

3. What skills do i need to build weapons and get stronger etc.?

1) You need higher skills like Boatbuilding and wheelmaking to build a boat. You just have to keep getting the skills to open up new skills in the skilltree.

2)Keep walking around looking for apple, hazel or mulberry trees to eat fruit from. Also look for settlements and see if you run into anyone that can give you some food, most people will help you out. If you are starving do NOT stand in one place, get moving so you can come across more rabbits, herbs (like blueberies) or fruit trees.

3) Get a combat skill like archery so you can make a sling or bow, sling is quicker because you can find rocks everywhere to use as ammo.

Most of all, realize it takes along time to build a good character, it is not something that will happen in just a couple hours of playtime. For now your main concern is getting to some fruit trees and looking for rabbits and chickens on heathland, grassland or mudflats. Once you stabalize your hunger you can begin to worry about other things. None of which will matter if you stand around and starve to death...main point..get to walking/looking.

Get your exploration and perception higher to find roots etc.. These are basically strings.
Plant fibers, obtained by harvesting flax and hemp, can also be used as strings.

If you're so new that you can barely keep yourself fed (rats are bad food, don't eat them unless it's that or starvation), you can probably forget about any hunting other than grabbing rabbits/chickens and breaking their necks. I'd suggest getting that boat built and coasting along the river looking for apple trees, then you can just gorge on apples like some kinda one-man locust swarm.

Get a boat, sail till you hit a grassland, set up shop there. Chickens are a great source of food.

Never mind! For a fully equiped fishing pole i needed a line, and i found a spindly taproot. I also found water. I made a boat and i was going to fish. I caught 9 fishes + a rabbit and 3 rats. I am now 96% overstuffed and i have still 7 fishes and 2 rats left xD

You really shouldn't be eating rats until you get gauze, you can lose HHP from eating them (and onions and raw meat).
