I can only dig 1 time for clay? Huh? Is it so that i only can get one clay per day or what? So do i have to wait 45 days to make a kiln or what?

There are spots where you get more clay, you'll notice them because you get clay quality >10 there.

Can i get unlimited clay if the quality is 10 +? Because i found a spot with 13q clay.

It's unlimited until it goes back down to q10, and then the supply will stop.
And then you'll have to search out another spot for clay.
