To my understanding they have a lot of the same premises as the regular stand. First person to put an item on them is the owner until all items are gone, then it's up for grabs again. If it's not on your land, it can be deconstructed and items can be stolen. Kin who have the permissions can take items from the stand without paying. You want it to be built on your land so it can't be deconstructed without vandalism.
You get to set what kind of item and the minimum quality that can be traded for your item but you must have one of the item before you can request it as a price. For example, if you have no metal bars, you can't demand metal bars for your items.
Quality determines how many item slots a stand may have. Quality is determined by the materials you use.
I think that's everything?
