Taking over an abandoned village claim

I want to takeover this abandoned village claim what is low enough on authority (< 50k Authority, isn't it?) for anyone to take it over. Once I have Lawspeaking, do I also need any amount of Int or Charisma to take it over? And it will still cost 30,000 LP to take it over, won't it?

edit: loftar has informed me that I don't need the Int or Cha. Not sure about the LP cost yet.

If a Village Idol has no Lawspeaker active, anyone with Lawspeaking can approach the idol and claim the position of Lawspeaker as long as the Village Idol is not on a personal claim.

When there is no Lawspeaker "at all" you can take the position of Lawspeaker. Also, it doesn't cost anything to do so.

As of the recent change you should now be able to become lawspeaker, as long as the position is available and (village auth is <50k or village has no members).
Should the position be occupied you'll have to destroy the idol.
