If i want to build a gate, do i have to skip 2 tiles and build again a MAIN cornerpost of a palisade? If not, how do i build an alternate cornerpost there for a gate?

To build a palisade gate

XXXXC--CXXXX
.......PP

X = Palisade fence
C = Cornerpost
P = pave
- = Empty (but paved)
. = just ignore this

So, yes in some cases you have to build another cornerpost.

Okay, thanks, i just totally forgot that i could go from the other side, so i don't have to build one more xD
