My HP is ATM 38/59/118

Is there no way to get the 59 up? Like eating food or what?

The solution (if I understand it correctly) is taking a leech bath, I've had no luck getting this to work successfully yet tho :/

Aren't leeches going to less my HP? By the way, is there nothing else? Because as far as i know there is no marsh somewhere where i am.
